Lakers' Intro...It's Hollywood!

Well, I've been meaning to post this for a while now. My buddy An-Tone (Jazz Singer Extraordinaire) and I went to the Lakers game on the 21st (Jan) where the Lakers were playing the Nuggets. They played an amazing game that night and they did it without Bynum (we need you baby so get well soon!). I guess I hadn't been to a Lakers game in a long time because I don't remember the Lakers intro being so incredibly cool. Or maybe I'm just easily impressed these days!?! Still, I have been to a few NBA games and I can't believe how much the Lakers' pre-game introduction is better than all the other teams. I guess that's what happens when you are so close to Hollywood and the team owner is buddies with Jack Nicholson.

Wii Had Some Fun

I’m sure that many people will find this strange, especially the people that know me, but last night was the first time that I had ever played a game on the Wii. Wii didn’t just play a game either; Wii played a lot of games and before Wii (last unpaid plug for Nintendo) knew it, the clock was suddenly showing 2 AM (we started at 7:30). Who knew that bowling, golf, and tennis could ever be that fun without actually doing it? It’s not showing in the picture but my friend is doing his patented hop hop reggaeton delivery of the virtual bowling ball.

I was especially intrigued by the Mii, and of course, mine in particular. As if I did not already have enough identities to manage, think about, live within, and just plain remember. I now have a Mii. The little guy was pretty cool looking though and so I had a very strange strong connection to the little guy.

Yahoo! Mail, What is up?

Dear Yahoo! Mail-

I have been a loyal fan, supporter, user, lover, etc. of you (Yahoo! Mail) service since I signed up in 1998 (or maybe it was 1999). Check my history. I have enjoyed all the new things (Web 2.0 interface, more storage, anti-spam). It has been great! Lately though, the new Web 2.0 interface doesn’t quite always work right, can’t quite use it in Safari, and sometimes it just doesn’t even work (like this morning). The last complaint is why doesn’t the IDLE stuff quite work right with the iPhone. I hate to even think it, much less write it, but Google’s mail seems to be working just fine on all these things.
